Expiry monitoring for licenses
Expiry monitoring is a process that runs verifications at specified intervals to check if a license has been updated as it approaches expiration.
- For free sources (no pass-through fees), the system follows a more frequent monitoring pattern to ensure timely updates:
- Monitoring Cadence: Verifications are performed at 90, 60, 28, 14, 7, 3, 0, and -3 days relative to the license expiration date.
- For licenses verified via a paid source (has pass-through fees), the expiry monitoring pattern is streamlined to ensure efficient management:
- Monitoring Cadence: One verification is performed one day after the expiration date (-1 day).
